The RESO Data Dictionary provides an international real estate-based data standard for data resources, fields and lookup values (aka enumerations) with standard names, data types and definitions. It also serves as a common center for the expression of fields and lookups across various methods of inputting, accessing and transporting real estate data.
The workgroup develops and promotes utilization of the RESO Data Dictionary through the input of subject matter experts. Technologists and business leaders working for Multiple Listings Services (MLSs), REALTOR® associations, brokerages, vendors and other related fields all help to create this groundbreaking open source standard that has been published for public consumption.
